Detailed program

The experience takes place in Castino in a typical restaurant in the area. Here it will be possible to try to make some dishes with professional chefs:

  • - Explanation of pizza dough and the importance of leavening
  • - Cooking techniques and how to make a dough
  • - Explanation of yeasts
  • - Dough for stuffed pasta and "tajarin"

At the end of the lesson there will be a tasting of the students products.
